The department of Computer Science was established at St. Antony’s College, Peruvanthanam in the year 2013. The department offers a three-year undergraduate ProgrammeBCA (Bachelor of Computer Application). The department is blessed with well-experienced faculty and highly motivated students and has an impressive placement record. The department maintains a strong relationship with industry partners and our students are placed in various IT companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS etc.
The Department firmly believes that theoretical knowledge supported by ample in-depth practical exposure is required to meet the challenges of this ever-changing field.

Why BCA @ St. Antony’s College
BCA@SAC has been designed as a 3-year Undergraduate Programme with an in-depth understanding of real time IT infrastructure domains, blended with practical lab experiences in Computer Network, Operating System, Programming like C++, JAVA, PHP, DBMS). Special features of this program are, we provide add-on courses like Cloud Computing, Red Hat Certifications etc. along with this course This facilitates more placement opportunities after completion of the course. Mentoring programmes are conducted to pursue the right career and to explore new opportunities.
